Real Estate seems to be picking up in the Canadian economy these days. Particularily in Alberta. Just looking at how things are outside of Calgary and surrounding area.

It was an interesting listing, there was an existing outbuilding that the Sellers had built an addition on to, unfortunately it was built in the restricted riparian area. The CVRD allowed the original to stay but the new construction had to be removed (this is why getting building permits are so important nowadays). We sold for $396,000 with the new buyers assuming the responsibility.
