Your leaders in Victoria Real Estate
Sales have slowly picked up from the month of January, however, Victoria’s Real Estate Market has yet to hit the pace of last years early sales numbers.
There were 488 sales of houses, condominiums, townhouses and other properties listed with the Victoria Real Estate Board in Feb 2011, compared with the 621 sales from Feb 2010.
In line with the fewer sales, we also saw fewer properties being introduced to the marketplace this month, with only 1276 new listings being added (184 less than Feb 2010).
Active listings are up 113% from last years numbers at this time, there are currently 3714 properties listed for sale with the Victoria Real Estate Board, up from last years inventory of 3280.
